Последнее обновление: 2026-08-29
Welcome to Fomo Fast. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fomo Fast iOS app and this website. Fomo Fast is a digital-wellbeing app (think of it as intermittent fasting for your apps) built by an independent developer based in Türkiye. By using the app or this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who we are
Fomo Fast is developed and operated by an independent developer based in the Republic of Türkiye. We're a small operation, and we try to keep these Terms as honest and readable as the app itself.
Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Fomo Fast on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. Where we haven't set out custom terms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
Subscriptions
Fomo Fast offers auto-renewing subscriptions, which may include a free trial. A few things to know:
- Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple account. We never see or store your payment details.
- The price is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store subscription settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Not a medical app
This one matters, so please read it carefully. The brain view in Fomo Fast is a stylized wellbeing visualization based on your app habits. It is not a medical or neurological measurement of any kind. Fomo Fast is not a medical device, and nothing in the app or on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental health or screen habits, please talk to a qualified professional.
How the app works, and its limits
Fomo Fast relies on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks. That means:
- The app's core functionality requires you to grant Screen Time permission. Without it, fasting features won't work.
- App shields are enforced by Apple's system, not by us directly.
- You can deliberately break a fast at any time. Fomo Fast is a self-management tool, not parental control software, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome. The app helps you build better habits; the effort is still yours.
Acceptable use
Keep it fair. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it.
- Misuse the app or the website, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful.
Website content
Articles and other content on this website (including the blog) are provided as general information only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app and the website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll post the revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
